HAPPY CANDLES AND GARLAND

Chase away the rainy day blues with a pretty little garland and matching votive candles that can be made in minutes! STEP 1 Gather scrapbook paper, drinking glass, votive candle, ruler, scissors, pencil, rubber band, thread. STEP 2 Cut scrapbook paper to fit around drinking glass, overlapping 1/2 inch. Punch along edges of paper to create a design. Lay aside punched cut-outs for garland. STEP 3 Squeeze glue to one end of punched paper. STEP 4 Wrap paper around glass to adhere ends together. STEP 5 Hold adhered paper together with rubber band. STEP 6 Repeat process for all 4 votive candle covers. Let dry completely. STEP 7 Squeeze glue to center of cut-outs. Place thread across the glue. STEP 8 Place second cut-outs on top of thread and glue. Repeat to create a garland.
